Boil broccoli spinach & 1 green chili till 2 -3 whistle in pressure cooker when cool remove in a strainer let it cool & grind coarsely

Heat oil in cooker put saag & cook for 2-3 min add flour stir it add little liquid of boiled one

In another pan heat ghee add jeera & dry red chili 🌶️ add garlic tomato & ginger 🫚 sauté it add salt & chili powder add little water give a boil & add saag cook for 2-3 min check the seasoning add ginger juliens & 1 tsp butter Saag is ready
