Ingredients

4 people
  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 2 tbspSunflower oil
  3. 1 1/2 tspSalt (as per required)
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric pd
  5. 1 tspkashmiri red chili powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander pd
  7. 2 tbspyogurt
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  11. 1/2 inchginger
  12. 2bay leaves + green cardamom + cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Diced paneer into small pieces n keep it in a mixing bowl.

    Add salt, turmeric pd, Kashmiri red chilli pd, yogurt. Mix altogether. N keep aside.

    Grind peanuts, ginger, green chilli n coriander leaves with little bit of salt. Don't add water.

    Pour it to the paneer n marinate it properly.

  5. 5

    Take a pan on a medium flame, add bay leaves, 2 green cardamom n cloves.

    Be careful, it splutter.

  7. 7

    Now add marinated paneer n saute till oil separate.

  8. 8

    Add 1/2 cup water n bring a good boil n keep consistency as you like.

    Generally I like it as dry gravy as it goes with paratha naan or chapati.
