I made the McDonald's pancake burger that's been popular in Taiwan recently. I ran out of baking powder, so I substituted with vinegar and baking soda. For the cheese, I used grilled crispy cheese shreds (follow the product for burger toppings).

I made the McDonald's pancake burger that's been popular in Taiwan recently. I ran out of baking powder, so I substituted with vinegar and baking soda. For the cheese, I used grilled crispy cheese shreds (follow the product for burger toppings).

Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. In another bowl, lightly mix the milk and egg, then add the cooled melted butter. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add some butter, and once melted, pour a scoop of batter to cook. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until all the batter is used.

Next, cook the burger toppings. When cooking the cheese shreds, wait for one side to change color, then attach the cooked pancake to the surface for easy removal.

While cooking the toppings, keep the cooked pancakes warm in the oven at a low temperature.
Finally, assemble the pancake burger and enjoy.
