Take yellow maize flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Mix it well. Wash chopped green garlic and coriander.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, chopped chilli, grated ginger, sugar, buttermilk and oil for Moyan. Add green garlic and coriander, sesame seeds Give a nice mix.

Well combined. Knead soft dough. Ball sized dough. Dust flour. Roll thepla gently.

Place thepla on hot tawa. Spread oil uniformely. Roast thepla both side. When completely cooked. Serve hot with fried green chillies or tea. Very tasty and delicious.
