I chose vegetables that are rich in vitamins and to help maintain and strengthen the skin. It is easy to cook so make this salad occasionally when you want to feel refreshed ;)

I chose vegetables that are rich in vitamins and to help maintain and strengthen the skin. It is easy to cook so make this salad occasionally when you want to feel refreshed ;)

Cut the leafy greens and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Slice the carrots.
- 2
Spread the chopped walnuts on the top of the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice and mix all together.
- 3
Note: I use an organic leafy green called "Vitamin Na (Leaf)." You can use any kind of your favorite leafy greens.
