Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gramsEdamame beans
  2. 5Okra
  3. 2Myoga ginger
  4. 100 gramsCorn (frozen or tinned)
  5. 1 tsp○ Sake
  6. 1and 1/2 tablespoons ○ Soy sauce
  7. 1/4 tsp○Dashi Japanese stock powder
  8. 5 gramsBonito flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ○ ingredients. Wash the edamame pods and rub with salt. Cook in the boiled and salted water. Cool down and remove shells. Add the bonito flakes into the ○ mixture.

    Wash the okra and rub with salt. Cook in boiled and salted water. Cut into about 1 cm-lengths. Slice the myoga ginger thinly and on the diagonal. Blanch the corn in salted water and drain in a colander.

    Mix everything gently and you're done.
