This healthy granola recipe is naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Made with oats, bananas, nuts, and coconut oil. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit.

Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, both types of nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Add the mashed bananas, maple syrup, and liquid coconut oil. Stir to evenly coat the oats and nuts.

Spread the granola in a thin, even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Once cooled and crispy, the granola will keep for up to two weeks in an airtight container. Enjoy as a snack, on yogurt with fresh fruit, or as cereal with milk.
