Meatballs in Poblano Chile Sauce

Season the ground beef to your liking and form into meatballs. Set aside.

Roast the poblano peppers. Once roasted, peel and clean them, then blend with the garlic, roasted onion, cilantro or parsley, and the table cream until smooth.

Pour the sauce into a pot with the butter. Add the meatballs and cook over low heat until done.
