Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 cupcold cooked rice (about 200 grams)
  2. 1/2medium potato
  3. 1/4medium onion
  4. 1medium tomato
  5. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil (about 30 ml)
  6. 2 tablespoonsseasoning sauce (about 30 ml)
  7. 1 tablespoonlight soy sauce (about 15 ml)
  8. 1large egg

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat the egg and scramble it in oil until cooked. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

    Add diced onion and potato to the pan and stir-fry until the potato is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add the rice, seasoning sauce, soy sauce, and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve on a plate and top with the scrambled egg.
