I got the idea for this dish when I had just a little leftover rice, so I added potatoes to make it more filling.

Beat the egg and scramble it in oil until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Add diced onion and potato to the pan and stir-fry until the potato is cooked through.

Add the rice, seasoning sauce, soy sauce, and pepper to taste.

Stir-fry everything together until well combined. Serve on a plate and top with the scrambled egg.
