In a mixture grinder take cashew nuts, raisins, melon seeds, poppy seeds and curd, make a smooth paste.

Heat a pan or kadai pour oil and lightly stir or fry paneer cubes. Then fry capsicum and rest aside.

Then add cardamom, cinnamon stir for 1 second. Add tomato paste saute for 2-3mintues. Then add white paste. Stir continuously for 2 minutes then add salt, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala and mix the gravy well.

Then add water, paneer and capsicum cubes. Cover the pan for 3 minutes. After lid off the pan sprinkle kasuri methi and rest for 2 minutes. Serve with roti, nun. Poori or paratha
