Steps

Firstly take a mixer jar, add ginger, green chilli & jeera, in goes lil water, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside. Soak posto dana & kaju in hot water for 1/2 hr, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside. Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add aloo & gobhi, sprinkle lil haldi & salt, stir fry it until light brown. Keep aside.

Adjust the quantity of oil, heat it. Add in onion paste, stir fry it until light brown, sprinkle lil water to avoid burning.

Add in ginger green chilli jeera paste, mix it well. Stir fry it until oil has oozed out. Now add haldi powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder & dhania powder, sprinkle lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

In goes salt & tomato puree, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, add posto kaju paste, mix it well, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Now add 1.5 cup hot water, mix it well, in goes matar, mix it well, give a stir.

Add in fried gobhi aloo, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until veggies r almost cooked. Open the lid, add garam masala powder & desi ghee, give a stir. Cover it again, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta...
