Steps

Mix plain flour, garlic seasoning and chicken seasoning in a bowl to make the batter

Whisk up eggs in a bowl and coat the fish wings with egg

Cover the wings in the mixed batter

Add the wings into the deep fryer. Do 4 at a time and make sure every part is covered with oil and do not stick together. 5 minutes each (can be longer)

For the soup, heat up oil, garlic and onion in a pan for aroma

Wash the pickled mustard in water and wring out its juices. Keep the juice in the package!

Add water, pickled mustard, chopped tomatoes, bokchoy and seasoning (seafood seasoning) into the pan

Add pickled plum for the sourness. Can be this or lemon/lime

Serve with vermicelli :)
