5small potatoes or 2 medium potatoes
2small onoins
80 gthinly sliced belly pork
2 tablespoonsMirin
2 tablespoonsSake

Ingredients : cut potatoes and meat. Slice onions.

Make sauce and mix all in a bowl.

Cover the bowl with lid or wrapping film. Microwave for 5 minutes by 600W. Take it out and mix well then repeat twice. (totally 15 minutes microwave cook)

Stay a little while and serve.
