It is rich in nutrition, Nutritional benifits of bioactive compounds from watermelon.
Steps

Cut the watermelon and remove some of its red top part and take some of the red part along with the white part and grind it into small pieces and make a nice paste in a mixer.

Now put 2 spoons of desi ghee in a pan and add one spoon of rava and one spoon of gram flour and fry it till it turns pink. When the ghee separates and a nice aroma comes out, add the watermelon paste that you have made.

Now keep stirring continuously. There is water in the watermelon so it will take some time for the water to burn. When the water burns, add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar water burns. Then add 3 spoons of milk to it. Now turn the flame of the gas fast and add enough nutmeg and cardamom powder to make the halwa like a paste. Stir it. Then add cashew nuts and stir it. Take it out in a dish and garnish with cashew nuts and watermelon slices Serve.
