Prep Ingredients: Hand-tear the cabbage,

Mix Sauce: In a bowl, combine the Sichuan spicy paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Set aside.

Stir-Fry Spices: Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
