Fit the bread machine with the kneading blade, add the dough ingredients (add the butter after the dough forms), and select the dough setting. Let it rise for the first time.

After the first rise, remove the dough and press out the air. Divide into 20 equal pieces, roll into balls, then shape one end into a teardrop. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.

After resting, take a piece of dough, roll it out long, and then roll it up.

After shaping, place them spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in a closed oven for the final rise, about 40-50 minutes (you can place a bowl of hot water under the baking sheet to help with rising).

After the dough has risen, remove it and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush the dough with the honey-milk mixture, then bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes.

Once baked, remove from the oven and transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool.
