Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwatermelons rind
  2. 250 gmsafola Oil
  3. 200 gm besan
  4. leavesSome chopped coriander
  5. 1 spooncumin seeds
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspamchur powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1chopped potatoes
  11. 3,4 chopped chilli
  12. Some chopped green onion
  13. 1 tsp garam masala

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First grate water melon cover nicely.

  2. 2

    Then mix every ingredients nicely in water,as per need. Make a better of bhajiye.

    Then heat the kadhai with oil.Then start making and frying bhajiye in medium flame.

    Then serve it in a serving plate with chutney or sauce. Or with hot tea.
