Take all the ingredients ready. Cut the watermelons white part in small pieces.

Heat the oil on medium flame.Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing.

When mustard seeds are cracked add the chilli pieces and saute it. Add the watermelon pieces.mix well and switch off the flame

Add all the masala ingredients and mix well.

A very delicious healthy tasty WATERMELON SUBJI. is ready to serve.
