Steps

Caramelize your palm sugar on the medium heat until golden. Then add the rest of your sauce ingredients on low heat. Combine, & remove from the stove.

Cook your shrimp for 2 minutes on each side on medium-high heat

Add some avocado oil to a wok, & pour in your garlic, shallots, radish, shrimp powder & tofu. Cook for 2 minutes

Add your rice noodles & sauce to the wok. Stir until rice noodles are cooked with the sauce.

Add your garlic chives, bean sprouts, & peanuts to the wok, & combine.

Serve with the cooked shrimp, & garnish with lime, bean sprouts, garlic chives, crushed peanuts.
