  1. 1 1/2 cCanned light unsweetened coconut milk/ fresh coconut milk
  2. 4 tbspChia seeds
  3. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  4. 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  5. 1/2 tspclove powder
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  8. 1 cpineapple, diced, fresh
  9. 2kiwi, thinly sliced, peeled
  10. 1 cpear, finely chopped
  11. 1 cstrawberries, thinly sliced
  12. 1 cbanana, not too ripe, sliced
  13. 1 cwalnuts, chopped
  14. 6dates, pitted, chopped

    Make a check list. keep all ingredients within reach

    Mix ingredients-coconut milk, chia, spice powders and vanilla extract in a bowl, Let sit at room temperature for15 minutes, break the clumps with a spoon. Cover and refrigerate at least for 2 hours

    You may arrange the fruits, chia mix and greek yogurt as you wish. No hard and fast rule.
    This is how I did. In a glass, at the bottom add a layer of sliced strawbeeriies. Top it with 2tbsp cia mix. Top this with a layer of kiwi slices, followed by a layer of chia mix. Top this layer with a layer pineapple slices. Now a layer of chia mix.

    Top this with a layer of banana ; Then 2tbsp greek yogurt Top this with a layer of finely chopped pear. Top with 2tbsp greek yogurt. Sprinkle chopped walnuts. Garnish with chopped dates. Enjoy the goodness of the fruit medley
