Ingredients

45 minutes
  • 1 cupkulith
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1/2tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/4 tspginger paste
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 3-4 table spoonoil
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak kulith. Pressure cook them

    In a pan heat oil.add cumin seeds,bay leaf and dry chilli.saute till golden brown.add tomato.Add all masala.

    Add boiled kulith..add little water and cream.stir well..boil them on low flame..

    Serve hot with paratha and rice.
