Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut onion and cabbage, Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and cabbage.
- 2
Add the broken pasta, 200cc of water and Maggi bouillon, and turn the heat to medium.
- 3
The pasta I used took 7 minutes to boil. After about 7 minutes, most of the water will have evaporated. If it's still hard, add more water and continue boiling.
If it's ready, add the salmon and boil over high heat until most of the water has evaporated. - 4
I used Japanese 塩サケ(SHIOSAKE), which is salted salmon, but if you can't get it, you can use smoked salmon.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper, then plate and garnish with dill.
