Add the rajma,cucumber,carrot onion, and toss the salad to combine

Now add hung curd, all spices, olive oil, coriander leaves. Mix all together well.

Now take a tadka pan for tempering. Heat the ghee add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once the tadka is ready, quickly pour it over rajma curd salad.

This rajma curd salad recipe is best enjoyed after sitting in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.Serve chilled.
