Roughly chop the chilies and garlic. Pick the basil leaves and wash them. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

When the skillet is hot, add the garlic and chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant, then add the ground pork. Break up the pork so it doesn't clump together.

Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Pour the fish sauce around the edge of the skillet for extra aroma.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Once you're happy with the flavor, add the basil leaves, turn off the heat, and serve.
