Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.

Slice the onion and red bell pepper into thin strips. Sauté them in a skillet with a little oil.

Once the vegetables are soft, add the tuna and tomato sauce. Stir well and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

When the eggs are cooked, slice them into rounds.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place one sheet of empanada dough on the tray, then spread the filling on top. Arrange the sliced eggs over the filling.

Cover with the second sheet of empanada dough. Seal the edges and cut a small hole in the center.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Once hot, bake the empanada for 15 minutes.
