  2. Salt, to taste
  3. 3eggs
  4. 8.8 ozcanned tuna (about 250 grams)
  5. 1 cuptomato sauce (about 1/2 jar, 200 grams)
  6. 2 sheetsempanada dough

    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.

    Slice the onion and red bell pepper into thin strips. Sauté them in a skillet with a little oil.

    Once the vegetables are soft, add the tuna and tomato sauce. Stir well and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

    When the eggs are cooked, slice them into rounds.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place one sheet of empanada dough on the tray, then spread the filling on top. Arrange the sliced eggs over the filling.
