A budget-friendly and easy kibbeh recipe made without meat, chicken, or bulgur. Uses simple ingredients found in every home and requires little effort. The result is wonderful!

In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients except the cheese until you get a smooth, soft dough-like mixture.

Take a portion of the mixture, shape it into a ball, flatten it, place a little cheese in the center, then close it around the cheese. Roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve on a platter.
