Wash, cut karonda into halves, keep aside. Wash green chilli, cut into halves.

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes hing, kalonji, methi, saunf, jeera, ajwain & rai, let it splutter.

Add karonda & green chilli, mix it well, sprinkle salt, stir fry it for 30 sec, cook it covered for a minute.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, dhania powder & amchur powder, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, cover it for a minute. Take out in a serving bowl. Can be served as a condiment...
