Boil 1 cup water,add all the ingredients of the dough.Mix it well.Switch off the gas stove.Cover and rest it for 5-6 min.

For the filling - Mix boiled matar,poha,salt,red chilli powder,green chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala,chaat masala and ginger Mix it well.Keep it aside.

Now knead the dough again to make a smooth dough.Take a lemon size portion from the dough make a ball and then swell in the center,fill it with peas mix and seal from all the sides and Prepare all the kachoris like this.

Pre heat the Airfryer at 200 degrees for 10 min.Grease the Airfryer basket and kachori,place 4 kachori in it.Bake them at 200 degrees for 10 min.Then set the temperature at 180 degrees and bake the kachoris for 10 min.or till it become golden brown.

Your crispy and flavourful matar stuffed kachori is ready to serve.Enjoy it with green chutney.
