Bajra Roti
Take Bajra flour and salt to taste and add water as per the binding Dough to semi soft
Knead the dough very well
Now dust the flour over the top of the thali or rolling pad and now starting tapping slowly with your hands and fingers turning round
Take a pan or mithi ka pan which is available at your place add roast them well by flipping the roti add ghee on the top of the roti.
Make 3 Medium sized Pearl Millets Rotla by adding salt,Do crush them into small tiny cubes by hand. - 2
Chop or crush Garlic cloves and keep few cloves whole.Take a pan add 2 tsp ghee and 1/4 tsp asafoetida and stir garlic paste and garlic cloves till they are light brown

Now add the Millet s crush and mix together and cook for another 2-3 minutes and then switch off

You can consume this Pearl Garlic Rotlo (Bread)with Potato curry,Salad and Chaas tastes awesome 🥰
