Ingredients

1 hour + 20 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 1/4 cuprice flour
  3. 1/4 cup semolina
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 2 tbspchopped green capsicum
  8. 2 tbspchopped red capsicum
  9. 1 tspchopped green chilli

Cooking Instructions

    Take ragi flour, rice flour and semolina in a bowl.

    Mix well.

  3. 3

    Now whisk the curd and mix it with the dry ingredients to form a smooth batter and leave it to rest for an hour.

    After an hour add salt, red, green capsicum, green chillies to the batter and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Now heat an appe pan with little oil in the cavities.

  6. 6

    Now add the batter and cook on low flame till both sides are cooked and is brownish in colour.

    Remove from appe pan and serve hot with mint chutney.
