In a glass bottle or jug, add the chopped beetroot, mint leaves, and grated ginger.

Squeeze in the lemon juice and add the chia seeds.

Fill the bottle with water and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Start sipping after 30 minutes and enjoy throughout the day.
Refill the bottle with water as needed.
