Ingredients

  1. For noodles
  2. 1 packetnoodles
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. Water
  5. For soup
  6. 1/3 cupchopped capsicum
  7. 1/3 cupchopped carrots
  8. 1/3 cupcabbage
  9. 1/3 cupsliced onion
  10. 2 tbspspring onion green chopped
  11. 2 tbsptomato puree
  12. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  13. 2green chillies chopped
  14. 1 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  17. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  18. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  19. 2 tspsoya sauce
  20. 1 tbsplemon juice
  21. Salt as per taste water
  22. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    For noodles boil water in pan add noodles and oil cook till done.

    Remove from fire.strain and keep noodles aside.

    In pan heat one spoon oil add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies.

    Cook for 2 mnts add tomato puree, turmeric powder, cumin powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder mix cook little add water and let it boil.

    Add chopped vegetables,black pepper powder,soya sauce and salt.

    Cook till vegetables are soft now add lemon juice mix cook for one mnt.

    To serve In bowl put noodles and on top of noodles put soup garnish with spring onion greens and lemon slice

    Serve hot.
