This dish can take all day to make and is an amazing dish. Using a pressure cooker means it takes 1 hour so can be an easy and amazing perfect dinner anything 🤣🤣❤️❤️

This dish can take all day to make and is an amazing dish. Using a pressure cooker means it takes 1 hour so can be an easy and amazing perfect dinner anything 🤣🤣❤️❤️
Steps

Cut the pork into 1" strips, then add the oil to bottom of presure cooker and set to saute. Once hot, add the pork with the fattest side down - fry for 2–3 mins on each side to render some of the fat.

Add enough water to cover the pork and add the ginger and spring onions. Add lid and presure cook on HIGH for 35 mins. Allow to vent before opening.

Using tongs remove the pork to a plate and disgard to cooking liquid.

Return the pork and add all the items for the soup - the put back on the lid and cook for another 15 mins. Allow to Vent.

I place cooked Japanese Rice at the bottom of a bowl, then the pork, veg and the egg halfs. In a separate rug put the hot soup and serve immdiately. SO AMAZING - I add a little of the Chilli seasoning for an added kick, - ENJOY :P
