Today I have made a tasty spicy thecha paneer paratha from leftover chapati. It's very easy to make. I am sure everyone loves this makeover paratha very much.

Today I have made a tasty spicy thecha paneer paratha from leftover chapati. It's very easy to make. I am sure everyone loves this makeover paratha very much.
Steps

Making Thecha - Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chilies saute few seconds then add peanuts and fry them on low heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant, now add chopped coriander leaves and fry few seconds.

Now turn off the flame, let it cool slightly.

Once cooled, add into the grinder jar and coarsly crush the mixture, in pulse mood and continue crushing until it forms a roughly paste. Transfer into a plate add salt and lemon juice, mix it properly. Keep aside. Thecha is ready.

Take grated paneer in a plate add thecha, mashed boiled potato, salt, mix it lightly. Thecha paneer mixture is ready.

Take leftover chapati in a plate, spread generously thecha paneer mixture on the chapati and press it nicely.

Heat tawa, place the paratha thecha mixture side on it. Add some ghee and roast the paratha well from the both sides until golden brown. Take out in a plate.

Thecha paneer paratha from leftover chapati is ready. Serve with chutney or sauce.
