Ingredients

  • 1 cupamaranth (rajgira flour)
  • 1-1/4 cupwater
  • 2 tablespoon red pumpkin grated
  • 2 green chilles chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cumin seeds
  • Salt and ghee

    In a mixing bowl add rajgira flour, grated pumpkin, chopped coriander, chillies,salt and cumin seeds.

    Add water and mixed well.

    Heat a pan. Add little ghee and rajgira flour. Spread. Cover and cook from both sides.

    Serve hot. NO need of chutney.very nutritious and quick recipe.
