Hello foodie friends....who says diet food is always boring???? Once try this delicious and healthy recipe from quinoa you will love this.

Wash quinoa 3 to 4 times. Now add quinoa, water and salt in vessel. Cover it and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes or required time on medium flame. (It will slightly transparent after cooking, don't add too much water otherwise you have to burn it. Stir it occasionally and if you find requirements of water you can add)

Dry roast gram and sorghum flour. Add this flour in cooked quinoa.

Now add all other ingredients exclude oil in cooked quinoa. Mix it properly. If you find mixture is wet add more gram flour.

Make tikki from your favourite size. Shallow fry it on low to medium flame.
