South Indian lunch

Take toor dal clean with plain water,add two cups of water, turmeric powder, gingelly oil and one tomato. Cook it well till the dal becomes smooth. Cook rice and keep ready.

Then remove the tomato from the cooked dal, and half of the cooked dal water. Add tamarind juice. Keep aside. It's for rasam.

Keep a fry pan,add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and brinjal pieces saute for a few minutes. Then add red chilli powder, asfetida powder and mix well.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add ghee, mustard seeds, garlic pieces, curry leaves, asfetida, saute for a few minutes and pour the prepared rasam mix. Cook till it boils well. Once it starts boiling,add chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat, super tasty rasam is ready to serve.

Pour the brinjal masala seasoning, salt and tamarind juice into the toor dal. Give a nice mix. Tasty brinjal sambar is ready to serve.

For making puli kulambu keep a kadai add mustard seeds Fenugreek seeds, onion, garlic and tomato pieces,fry till it turns transparent.Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder mix well.

Add tamarind juice and salt and mix well. Let it cook for five minutes. Meanwhile fry the bindi pieces with oil.

Add to the tamarind gravy,mix well. Then add the coconut and onion paste. Mix and allow it to cook for five minutes. Tasty bhindi puli kulambu is ready.

For broad beans subji cut the beans into small pieces.Keep a fry pan,add oil, keep it in low flame,add mustard seeds,urad dal and chana, onion pieces and curry leaves fry for two minutes.

Then add boiled beans pieces,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt, mix nicely till the masala mixes well.

Then add grated coconut,mix and remove from heat. Broad beans subji is ready to serve.

Keep rice,sambar,rasam,puli kulambu,subji, apalam,vada, payasam, pickle, ghee and curd.

Take a serving plate, keep rice, apalam,vada,banana and pickle. Take small bowls, fill brinjal sambar, rasam, bindi puli kulambu, broad beans subji, payasam and curd in bowls. Arrange in the plate one by one.This is a south Indian full meal
