    Peel off beetroot cut it and crush it

    Drain it beetroot pulp ready now take a mixing bowl add flour salt oil mix it

    Add beetroot pulp and make fine dough make equal balls and roll it

    Heat oil and fry puri one by one Delicious beetroot puri ready to serve enjoy
