A very tasty and healthy soup made with fresh vegetables.
Steps

Heat pan add butter and oil

Add spring onion (keep some for garnishing)

Add cauliflower, carrot, beans, corn, cabbage and fry.

In the same pan saute ginger and garlic on one side and then mix with other fried vegetables.

Saute all vegetables for 3/4. Minutes add 4cups of water.add salt and pepper.

Cover and boil for five minutes. Put off the gas. Add lemon juice and stir.

Serve half of quantity of soup in a bowl, garnish with spring onion and coriander.

After the remaining soup has cooled,grind in a mixer. Boil and serve hot with butter. Garnish with spring onion and chopped coriander leaves.

Our two soups are ready to be served.

You can enjoy these hot soups specially in winter and monsoon.
