Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gShaved beef
  2. 1 cup(cut into small florets) Broccoli
  3. 6 piecesBaby corn
  4. 3 tbspSoyaki sauce (Trader Joe’s)
  5. 2 bowlsCooked white rice
  6. 1 tspSesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté shaved beef in a pan until browned.

  2. 2

    Add broccoli and baby corn, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour in Soyaki sauce and cook until vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Serve over bowls of cooked rice.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Tips

Feel free to adjust the amount of Soyaki sauce to taste or add other vegetables.
