Ingredients

  1. 100 gCooked couscous
  2. 1 piece(about 80g) Grilled chicken breast
  3. 1small, diced Tomato
  4. 1/3, diced Cucumber
  5. 1tablespoon, finely chopped Red onion
  6. 1 teaspoonOlive oil
  7. 1 pinchSalt
  8. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  9. 2 tablespoonsStore-bought tzatziki
  10. 1tablespoon, crumbled Feta cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Dice tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Grill or pan-cook chicken breast with your preferred seasoning.

    Place cooked couscous in a bowl.

    Add chicken, salad, tzatziki, and sprinkle with feta cheese.
