Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 piece(about 120g) Salmon fillet
  2. 150 gSushi rice (cooked according to package)
  3. 1/4(sliced) Cucumber
  4. 1/2(diced) Avocado
  5. 40 gEdamame (shelled)
  6. 30 gShredded carrot
  7. 2 tbspSpicy mayo
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspPepper
  10. 1 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

    Season salmon with salt and pepper, then pan-sear in oil until cooked through.

    Place cooked sushi rice in a bowl.

    Arrange cucumber, avocado, edamame, and shredded carrot on top of the rice.

    Add the cooked salmon fillet.

    Drizzle spicy mayo over everything and serve.
