Collect all the ingredients to make coffee mysore pak. Keep aside.

Take a small bowl. Add a quarter cup of hot water and instant coffee powder,mix well and keep ready.

Sieve the besan to avoid lumps. Then take a bowl, add besan and half a cup of ghee, give a nice mix.

Now add instant coffee into the besan. Mix well and keep aside.

Keep a deep nonstick pan on medium heat add sugar and water. Let it boil till the sugar melts completely. Then add the besan and coffee mixture. Stir it continuously.

Keep the flame low,add little by little ghee, mix well. Slowly the mysore pak mix becomes thick.

At one stage the mix leaves the edges and the mix comes out from the pan add little ghee, mix and transfer to a greased tray. Let it cool for sometime. Cut into uniform size of pieces. Yummy coffee mysore pak is ready to serve.
