In a bowl, sift together the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. In another bowl, mash the bananas. Add the sugar and melted butter, and beat well. Add the yogurt, eggs, rum, orange juice, orange pulp, and orange zest, and mix until combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Combine the banana mixture with the flour mixture and mix well.

Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil. Pour in the batter and bake for about 50 minutes, until the bread is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

If desired, sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
