Today I have made lunch recipe, sama jeera rice and curd kadhi .
It's very easy to make and perfect for lunch. It's very simple and quick recipe.

First wash the sama chaval minimum 3-4 times and soak 10 minutes. Then drain it. Heat ghee in a kadai, once it melts add cumin seeds let them splutter then add soaked and drained sama chaval and roast them on low heat for 2 -3 minutes.

Now add hot water and sendha namak, mix it, cover and cook 3-4 minutes. Sama chaval jeera rice is ready.

Take curd in a bowl and whisk nicely and add sabudana powder, mix it then add water and whisk again some times. Curd mixture is ready.

Heat ghee in a kadai add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies and grated ginger, saute, few seconds, now slow the flame and add curd mixture slowly and mix it quickly, add salt, sugar and cook some times. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and mix them. Kadhi is ready.

Barnyard millet/Sama Chaval Jeera rice and curd kadhi is ready to serve.
