Ingredients

  1. 1 (9 inch)unbaked pie crust
  2. 2 cupscanned, mashed pumpkin
  3. 14-oz. sweetened condensed milk
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 tsp.pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  7. 1/2 tsp.salt
  8. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 tsp.cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Prepare unbaked pie crust in a pie pan.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, add pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, add the eggs. Beat the eggs. Pour the eggs into the pumpkin mixture, then stir.

  5. 5

    Add the sugar and brown sugar. Stir.

  6. 6

    Pour the mix into the pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

  7. 7

    Bake pie in oven for 1 hour. If toothpick comes out clean, it is done.

  8. 8

    Let pie cool for 15 minutes. Top a slice with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
