📌This lasooni palak moongdal is a very popular in India, mostly on the roadside Dhaba.
📌It is delicious and nutritious too. It can enjoy enjoy with roti,or paratha , but commonly It is eaten with plain steamed rice.

Steps

Soak moongdal for 30 minutes. Cook in the pressure cooker upto 3 whistles blows. Keep all ingredients ready. Wash and cut spinach and blanch in water.

In a pan, add oil, saute garlic, ginger and chili. Saute chopped onion till turns in light brown color. Add chopped tomatoes, cook till turns soft and messy.

Add salt, jaggery, turmeric powder, coriander jeera powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

Add cooked moongdal, mix well. Add water to adjust consistency.

Now add blanched and roughly blended spinach puree into boiling dal. Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Add lemon ulcer, mix well.

On top of cooked palak dal, spread kashmiri red chili powder. For double tadka - seasoning - take a pan, add ghee, jeera, dry red chili, hing, and garlic cloves. Pour into dal on the red chili powder to enhance mre flavor and bright color.

It's ready to serve, a very delicious and nutritious Double Tadka Lasooni Palak Moongdal. Serve hot with plain steamed Rice.. Enjoy..
