Coffee Cream:First take coffee and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in hot water.

Beat vigorously using a small whisk.

Slowly, the colour of the coffee cream will lighten in colour from dark brown to creamish brown.

Finally, the coffee cream will attain the required colour. (If beaten with electric beater it will be creamier and lighter in colour.) The colour changes because of aeration created due to vigorous beating.

Heat 3 cups milk for 10 minutes on slow gas until frothy, naturally.

In serving glasses take 1 tsp of coffee cream and pour piping hot frothy milk.

Top with 1 tsp of coffee cream and place chocolate wafer rolls on the rim.
