Bathua kadi

Boil the bathua leaves,and chopped garlic in a pressure cooker with a little water for 2 whistles.If there is water cook for a while longer and drain the water.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and cumin seeds,dry chilli and chopped onion.When the onion is fried add garlic and chopped green chillies.Mix the boiled bathua vegetables with gram flour and yogurt and whisk well(If you want to the thicken it) pour the bathua and garam flour curd mixture into the fried masala.

Add salt to taste and a little turmeric powder and cook until thick.Bathua kadi is ready.Serve hot with dal,chawal(rice) madur roti.The curry goes very well with bati(rice)or dal.
